Home to Copenhagen!

We left our driveway in stretch-limousine style, thanks to the incredible generosity of The Rainbow Connection. As a pediatric cancer survivor, Zack was granted a wish from TRC - similar to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This entire trip is the manifestation of our boy's wish to visit his host brother, Christopher Yde, who spent last year with us as an exchange student from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Our plan is to spend six days in downtown Copenhagen - much of it with the Yde family, who live about 40 minutes from our hotel - and then head to Berlin for five days. We will have a final night in Denmark before returning home on April 4.

As you will see below, we have had a tremendous first 24 hours!

Stretching our legs all the way to the airport...big thanks to The Rainbow Connection for the gift of this entire trip!

Such a blessing to meet the whole family - Christian (dad), Petra (mom), Chris, William and Phillip

Christian and Petra prepare an extraordinary dinner for us!

We are extraordinarily blessed, indeed!
